Open up an image that you would like to use as a pattern.
<br>
Go to Edit and then Define Pattern.
<br>
Give it a name and you are all set.
<br>

Next time you open a blank document,then go to Edit and then Fill and you will see the pattern you saved there.

Like this. In this case I cropped one of my images and decided to use it for a pattern.
