sometimes that is all it takes to make a huge difference......

managed (quite a miracle) to cut him from the picture and merge him on to the beach picture........and I did a couple of other little things too.....but all in

Once you have your picture up.......go to Artwork and Effects...in the little box, scroll down to Frames...

Then select the frame you want.....click Apply

Then I just crop until the only thing is the picture with the frame........this is how I have done it anyway......it worked well for me...

			<description><![CDATA[ I hate Photoshop *sticks tongue out at photoshop*. Downloaded that free trial thinking well if I like it I might consider the PSElements. But OMG its harder
then Paintshop ever was. One question I have is how do you apply a frame? In PSP they are stored in your frames and you just select it. In Paintshop its beyond
me.
